How do I verify my email address?
Changing your email address in the app
- Navigate to Account
- Select Settings & Security. If you haven’t verified your email yet, you’ll see a red exclamation point next to “Email Address.”
- Select Email Address. Please double-check that your email is spelled correctly and there are no typos.
- Select Verify Your Email Address
- Select Send verification email. We’ll email you a link to verify that you are the owner of that address.
You’ll know your email address is verified when you see a green check mark on the Email Address screen.
What if I didn’t get the verification email?
Please allow up to 10 minutes for the verification email to arrive. If the email doesn’t arrive in that window, please check that you have entered your email address correctly.
Please also check your spam folder, since administrative emails can sometimes be sent there. Check any other folders (like “Promotions”) you may have in your inbox too.
