What if my external bank’s routing number isn’t supported?
Unfortunately, there are some banks we don’t support. This is due to certain banks having frequent issues with deposits and withdrawals, which can result in fees on your account.
If you’ve encountered this problem and you have an account at a different external bank you’d like to use, please try that information instead. If you don’t have another external bank to link, add cash to your Stash banking account Cash Balance to start investing.
Please note: When linking a bank account, it must be a checking account. Stash does not support savings accounts at this time. Additionally, Stash does not support third-party or business accounts (even if your name is listed on the account).
