How to update Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) with new phone number or email address?

Changing your phone number or email address in the app

  1. Navigate to User Profile
  2. Select Settings & Security. If you haven’t verified your phone number yet, you’ll see a red exclamation point next to Phone Number
  3. Select Phone Number/E-Mail Address. Double-check that your number is entered correctly.
  4. Select Verify your phone number/E-Mail Address.
  5. Select Send verification code. We’ll send you a temporary verification code that you enter on the next screen.
