Why am I getting charged a $2 fee each month?

Unless you’ve requested we send you paper confirmations, this is likely happening because Apex (our custodian) can’t reach you by email. Since it is a legal requirement to send you trade confirmations, they will be mailed to you if there is a failure with your email address.

To troubleshoot this, make sure your email make sure that your email address is correct in your Stash account and that there are no typos.

If your email address is correct, check to make sure that your email inbox is not full and you can still accept new messages.
