How do I get paper statements?
All Stash clients will receive a digital statement by default.
If you would like to opt-in to receiving a paper statement instead, please reach out to our support team to request this change for your account. There is a fee for paper statements.
Please note the fees for paper statements:
- $2 for paper confirmations of each trade you make
- $5 for a monthly account statement
This fee will be charged to your linked funding account.
