What to do if I don’t see my cash back?
There are a few reasons you might not see your cash back:
- Your transaction was not made with a card linked in the Stash Cash Back program
- Your transaction ran as debit, rather than credit
- The offer was not valid at the time of the transaction
If made at you still don’t see your transaction within 48 hours, please contact support, and include the following information:
- Email associated with your Stash account
- Transaction date
- Transaction amount
- Merchant name
- Merchant Address
- Last 4 digits of the card
- Card network
- Receipt or proof of purchase
